Ingredients

cans of wild caught salmon drained

cup
zucchini grated
1
green onion, chopped
1
tbsp
coconut flour
1
tbsp
arrowroot flour
1
clove
garlic minced
2
tbsp
coconut oil
1/2
tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1
tbsp
fresh or dried dill
1
tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped
1
tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1
tbsp
avocado oil
Instructions
Drain the 2 cans of salmon and put the
salmon
in a bowl.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together.
Scoop out about 1/3 cup of the mixture and form into a pattie. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Heat a non stick pan and add about 1 tsp of oil.
Place the patties in the pan, make sure to not over stuff the pan.
Cook until brown, about 4-5 min and then flip. Cook for another 4-5 min.
