Dry Rub (Optional)

Instructions
For the dry rub, mix all of the ingredients together and rub onto ribs. Can be done overnight for more flavor or immediately before cooking.
Add the bone broth, coconut aminos, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt into slow cooker or Instant Pot.
Add the pork ribs.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
If you want these extra crispy and caramelized take out of slow cooker and broil for about 5 min.
