Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup bone broth or water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Dry Rub (Optional)

  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • For the dry rub, mix all of the ingredients together and rub onto ribs. Can be done overnight for more flavor or immediately before cooking.
  • Add the bone broth, coconut aminos, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt into slow cooker or Instant Pot. 
  • Add the pork ribs. 
  • Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  • If you want these extra crispy and caramelized take out of slow cooker and broil for about 5 min.
